  • The balanced amount of fats, carbohydrates and proteins will help you get the required energy for the day. Work on your goals and make them reality by following the personalized diet charts that will be given to you by the gym trainer.

  • Pre-workout must include the food items containing carbohydrates that would give sufficient energy to the body for the whole workout session. The best sources of common carbohydrates are fruits, white bread, rice cakes, cereal, sports drinks, and granola.

  • Diet for post-workout should include food with proteins and carbohydrates which helps in rebuilding the lost energy during heavy workout.
